Our classes will motivate and challenge you, whether you're a beginner or fitness fanatic.

 

Classes are led by Jason Nichols, 5th dan black belt, Level 2 ASC Silver Coach and currently undertaking further studies in Strength & Conditioning.

 

These classes are a martial-arts based workout targeting strength, conditioning, toning and cardiovascular fitness. It's a great workout. Bring a towel and a water bottle, you will need it. Come and try a class today.

 

CLASS STRUCTURE

Our classes run for 60 minutes and include:

  • boxing drills
  • kicking drills
  • focus mit & bag work
  • agility & co-ordination drills
  • core and strength work
  • plyometrics
  • running & speed drills
  • flexibility exercises
  • resistance training
  • stretching drills

At $15 for a casual class or options of $120 for a 10 card pass and $200 for a 20 card pass, there really is no excuse to try a class and join us.
